Adult Guardianship

When a loved one can no longer make decisions independently, families may have to step in to protect their well-being. We assist clients seeking guardianship for aging parents, adult children, or others with disabilities, ensuring the process is handled with empathy, clarity, and respect.

Guardian ad Litem Appointments

A Guardian ad Litem, or “GAL,” is an attorney appointed by the court to advocate for a child’s best interests in a variety of legal proceedings. In this role, the GAL investigates the circumstances of the case, communicates with the child, parents, and any professionals involved, and provides recommendations to the court to help ensure the child’s safety, stability, and well-being.
